The Dragon Boat Festival, also called Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the lunar calendar. It is a very important festival in China. People often hold Dragon Boat race, eat Zong Zi(a kind of glutinous rice dumpling), drink Realgar wine and so on to celebrate this festival. Though the celebration ceremony varies in different areas, eating Zong Zi is necessary for every family.

To reducing the affection of the increasing cost, the manufacturers adopt some new ways to give the consumers a seemed reasonable reason for rising price, which including producing new products, changing package and specifications and so on. Although the price of Zong Zi rises sharply, it doesn’t influent much to the sales.
